Refunds explained

At Project Pixel we aim to provide the best products and services possible, but if for some reason we do not deliver on our agreed scope of work we will organise a refund.

Some of our products and services require that you have certain things in place before we can deliver the service. In some cases with our maintenance services you will require a WordPress site. If you purchase one of these products by mistake we will organise a prompt refund.

How the refunds process works

In order to organise a refund please contact us via email at support@projectpixel.com.au or directly via phone on (02) 8003 5297. To allow for prompt processing please include your bank EFT details and we can organise the funds within 2-3 business days.
