At Project Pixel we aim to provide the best products and services possible, but if for some reason we do not deliver on our agreed scope of work we will organise a refund.
Some of our products and services require that you have certain things in place before we can deliver the service. In some cases with our maintenance services you will require a WordPress site. If you purchase one of these products by mistake we will organise a prompt refund.

How the refunds process works
In order to organise a refund please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or directly via phone on (02) 8003 5297. To allow for prompt processing please include your bank EFT details and we can organise the funds within 2-3 business days.
